It all started on my first day at school where I met my best friend Jacqui.
Every waking moment of every school holiday was spent playing with our beloved dolls houses - making clothes, swapping furniture and scalping our poor dolls who were secondary to our love of the furniture - the more miniature the better! Each Christmas and birthday were spent visiting Bentalls toy department arriving at the dolls house counter to choose the latest coveted piece - I can still remember the thrill of buying a dolls house toaster
Beds were made with lace handkerchiefs: food was prepared with Plasticine and every day the rooms were re-arranged and cleaned like a tiny boutique hotel.
Here I am today still re-arranging the furniture; only now in a giant dolls house called Follit. I only buy items for the shop that I would choose to have in my own home and hope that you like them too.
